Peaceful Place Meditation
In this meditation you will be guided to envision your own peaceful place, a comforting location you will be able to retreat to anytime you need to feel peace and security.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you can be uninterrupted for the next 20 minutes or so. Get into a comfortable position either sitting or laying down.

Loving Kindness Meditation
In this meditation you will be guided to connect to your heart space and from there, send loving kindness to others and yourself. Although very simple, this practice can be very moving and profound. Be sure to set aside some time that you can relax uninterrupted for about 20 minutes or more.
